    RETURNS AND EXCHANGE POLICY

    We offer hassle-free returns within 30 days of purchase. Please review the conditions below: 

    • Returns must be initiated within 30 days from the order confirmation email. 

    • Items must be unworn, unused, and in a saleable condition with original tags still attached. 

    • Products should be returned in their original packaging, including sealed boxes and boot/binding boxes. 

    • Returns can be made in-store or by post.  

    Once your return is verified as compliant, you have the following options: 

    • A refund to your original payment method (for full-priced items only). 

    • Store credit for 100% of the product price. 

    • Exchange for a different size or item, subject to availability. 

    Please note, we do not refund delivery fees or the cost of return postage or packaging. 

    Return Instructions: 

    • Use appropriate packaging to prevent damage. 

    • Do not tape the product box. Send it in a satchel or box to protect the original packaging. 

    We reserve the right to refuse returns if the items are not in saleable condition.

    We are not responsible for any merchandise lost, stolen, or damaged during return shipping. For your protection, we recommend using an insured service or one that requires a signature on delivery, such as registered post. 

    REFUNDS

    We will issue a refund for the price you paid for the products within 10 working days of the date we receive the returned item(s). All products must be in an undamaged, unworn condition with all labels when possible. The full refund of the goods excluding shipping fees will be processed.

    FAULTY PRODUCTS

    Goods are classified as faulty if they are received damaged, or where a manufacturing fault occurs within a reasonable period from the time of purchase. (usually 12 months) Please note that items that are damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered to be faulty.

    If you think a product is faulty, please contact us and our team will assist you in resolving the issue. Please note all warranty issues will go through brands and not up to us to decide the outcome.

    If you need to make any changes to an order once it has already been submitted and payment is complete, please contact us Please note we cannot guarantee any changes.
