Sale Terms and Conditions

Sale ends online Monday 10th June at midnight and instore Monday 10th June at 3pm.

  • Discounts are from original Retail Price only.
  • Items can be removed from the sale at any time at the discretion of SX Snow.
  • No refund will be given on sale items unless the item is faulty and cannot be covered under warranty by the supplier.
  • Sale applies only while stocks last
  • No layby or holds or sale items.
  • SX Snow reserves the right not to return or exchange items purchased outside of a sale to be re-purchased at the sale price

    RETURNS POLICY

    You may return any product you have purchased from us, that is not faulty, in its original condition within 30 days from the date it was purchased and receive a refund (minus any shipping paid). In order to take advantage of this, you can return your item(s) with proof of purchase, in person or by sending it back to our store. Call us for more information.

    If you would like to return your purchase for any reason, details of our returns guidelines are outlined below. If returned goods do not meet these criteria, a refund will be declined and we will return the products to you.

    Merchandise must be returned within 30 days from the date of purchase.
    Merchandise must not be worn, altered, or used.
    Merchandise must be in sellable condition and unmarked 

    REFUNDS

    We will issue a refund for the price you paid for the products within 3 working days of the date we receive the returned item(s). All products must be in an undamaged, unworn condition with all labels when possible. The full refund of the goods excluding shipping fees will be processed.

    FAULTY PRODUCTS

    Goods are classified as faulty if they are received damaged, or where a manufacturing fault occurs within a reasonable period from the time of purchase. (usually 12 months) Please note that items that are damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered to be faulty.

    If you think a product is faulty, please contact us and our team will assist you in resolving the issue. Please note all warranty issues will go through brands and not up to us to decide the outcome.

    If you need to make any changes to an order once it has already been submitted and payment is complete, please contact us Please note we cannot guarantee any changes.
